Our reusable vaping products may be sold in an open box, minor faults, or with missing accessories. We provide slightly used vaping products and guarantee the best of every product. Our team is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality vaping products available on the market today. We aim to be your one stop shop when it comes to affordable vaping!

We sell only authentic and original products from authorized manufacturers. At RVP, there’s only brand new vaping items in good condition. All the products are checked for quality control before sending it to you. RVP does not offer a return and exchange policy for any purchased products.

Order confirmation process

Order Processing Time Period Is 3 To 5 Working Days As Per Courier’s Policy.

After Placing An Order, You Will Receive The Following Calls, Emails, & Messages.

  1. Order Placing Email & Message On Your Phone Number.
  2. Order Confirmation Call, Message & Email Within 24 Working Hours (On Monday To Friday Only).
  3. After Dispatching, You Will Receive Tracking Id Messages On Your Phone Number.
  4. You Will Receive On Hold Message If Confirmation Call Will Not Answered.

Note: Availability Of Products Will Confirm On Call Or SMS After Placing Order. If A Customer Did Not Pick Up The Call One Time, We Will Call You Two Times On The Same Day Again, Incase Not Picking Up The Call We Will Call You The Next Day Again After That, We Will Put Your Order On Hold And Message You The Reason Why Your Order Is On Hold.

No Order Will Be Dispatched On Saturday & Sunday.

Customers Can Cancel Orders By Sending Email Within 24 Hours After Placing The Order & Before Confirmation Call.

  • Customer Care Service Is Available 9:30 AM To 5 PM On Monday To Friday.
  • Inquiries Placed After 5 PM Will Be Answered The Next Day At 9:30 AM.
  • Inquiries After  5PM On Friday Will Be Answered On Monday At 9:30 AM.
